Rooted Home Care recruits and retains care workers nationwide. Our Staff qualifications range from moving and handling instructors, staff with NVQ/ diplomas in health and social care to relatively new workers.
Our care workers are our service’s ambassadors, which is why we have a robust recruitment and selection system. We ensure extra care when selecting care workers who are kind and with integrity. During our recruitment process, we require a minimum of two verified references and completion of disclosure and barring service checks (DBS). We also recognise that excellent training and continuous development are essential to the care workers/office staff roles. Our care workers reflect the diversity of the UK and our local community.
